How To Set Printer Password In Windows 10
Is the printer on the network?
Directly fastened to your computer? (Shared out from your figurer?!)
Have you looked through the transmission for the printer? It may have a mode to do this.
What is the Make/Model of the printer in question?

No the printer isn't attached to a network. It is directly connected to PC. I've read trough the manual of the printer, only it doesn't take this type of function. The printer isCatechism LBP 3200.

Sounds like the printer is shared on your figurer, and she is using information technology equally such. If so, remove the share. And, why aren't you lot telling her to exit it alone? Why not written report information technology to your supervisor.

Is it shared out? If then - does information technology need to be? If non - stop sharing it.
If non - this is a PHYSICAL issue. Is this person disconnecting the printer from your computer and connecting it to theirs?
Why did yous need a personal printer and did your It support approve it?

If your PC is connected to a network (even though the printer is non), and then remove the share, as No Mo suggests. And, every bit No Mo also suggested, what about the direct approach?
If your PC is not connected to the network, then utilize a password for all user accounts on your PC.
If all your estimator's user accounts are already password protected, then the unauthorized user must exist physically disconnecting the printer from your computer and connecting it to hers in order to impress. In that instance, buy 1 of these (no, it's not free): Ability Plug Locks
